Long story short, I emailed the manufacturer with our final order total after closing orders last night. This morning when I woke up, I saw that they got back to me with a new production price that is much, much lower than before (most likely as an incentive to get us to order more, because the more we order the more money they get regardless, haha!). As a result, Ber and I are extending preorders till 9/29 (ends at 11:59PM PST) and everyone who had ordered before the price drop automatically gets upgraded to the Muckles pack for free!
New prices are $35 for one dakimakura cover, and $60 for the Muckles pack. Old prices, for comparison, were $55 for one dakimakura cover and $90 for the Muckles pack.
I hope you guys are excited for this change, because we’re both super happy and excited already! <3 <3 <3 We really appreciate it if people can reblog/like this post too. Thanks again for all your support!

Here’s the dealio. There’s been some interest in me printing this doujinshi, so I decided I needed to do a serious headcount to gauge interest. Here are the details:

Pages: 52 pages minimum, 64 pages maximum (38 pages gen story, 12 or more pages for 18+ content that I won’t post online, maybe more pages of some illustrations and sketches)
Summary: High school AU. Mike and Chuck are best friends from childhood, but as they get older Chuck feels that he is holding Mike back. An angst-filled but fluffy story.
Due to the 18+ content, I am limited to basically SIPS when it comes to getting this printed at a reasonable cost. SIPS has a minimum order of 100. Here’s what I’m proposing.
- If you are interested in purchasing a printed copy of this doujinshi, please please please please send me an ask (anon is okay) letting me know. This is just for headcount purposes— it won’t be a commitment to buy the doujinshi.
- If I print this doujinshi, I will re-ink it nicely like the Oofuri doujinshi I did. That means it’ll have backgrounds, tones, sound effects, the works. :3
- The price is TBD, but will most likely be less than $10 unless interest is extremely low. Shipping costs should be fairly low too.
- I will sell it online initially through pre-orders, and pre-ordered copies will have a special, unique interior cover sketch as a thank you.
